HOW HIGH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS AT KIVANTA?
Free shipping for orders over 40 € with DPD or DHL, including a shipping fee of only 3.95 €. For returns, we will refund your return shipping costs (up to € 3.95), provided that the value of the highest individual item to be returned is € 40 or more. Thus, we remain service-friendly as always even after the amendment of the EU return regulations in June 2014. So you buy without risk from us.
Depending on the delivery country shipping costs between 3.95 € and 12.95 €. Exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. Free shipping for orders over 40 / 60 € (depending on country of delivery). Returns from EU countries are charged to the customer. Please note the applicable postage.
Due to the complicated customs and returns processing, we do not ship directly to Switzerland.
QUESTIONS IN REGARDS TO DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my goods?
If you order by 3 pm on weekdays, we will process the order the same day. We deliver ready-to-ship items with the selected parcel service within 1-3 working days to your delivery address in Germany, within 4-7 working days to addresses in other EU countries. You will receive a tracking number that allows you to track the progress of shipping online.
Is my ordered product available?
In the detailed view of the product directly above the shopping cart button, you can see directly whether an item is in stock and thus deliverable. You can also ask for availability by phone or e-mail.
With which logistics company does Kivanta ship?
The dispatch takes place within Germany and the EU via DHL package (climate neutral with DHL Go-Green) or DPD (Classic climate-neutral). As soon as we have handed over the goods to the logistics service provider, you will receive an e-mail from us with the tracking number of your shipment. This way you can always find out about the current shipment status on the website of DHL or DPD.

Can I also ship to a DHL Packstation (packing station)?
We are happy to send your items to a packing station in Germany. Please indicate the required data when placing your order at check-out. Shipments to PO boxes and general delivery are not possible. You have to select DHL as the shipping method, because other shipping service providers do not deliver to packing stations.
